Q: Does anyone know if it is possible to call a Sub or Function in one .asp from another .asp?

A: No, .asp files are compiled separately and the instance only exists for the life of the request. In order to call a subroutine in another .asp file that .asp would need to be instantiated.

Yes, you can have a separate file that contains the subroutine code, including this file in two .asp files will share the code. Since include are processed before the code is compiled there is be two compiled copies of the same subroutine, each called from the .asp page that included it.
